Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) – Outpatient Orthopedics
Anderson, SC & Hartwell, GA | $75,000–$90,000 USD + Bonuses
Relocation Assistance Available
Build Your Career in a Practice That Puts Clinicians First
MediFlex Talent Solutions is conducting an exclusive search for Physical Therapists (PTs / DPTs) on behalf of a well-established, therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation group with multiple locations across the Southeastern United States. Whether you're an experienced orthopedic physical therapist, a recent graduate looking for exceptional mentorship, or a Canadian physiotherapist considering a move to the U.S., this is an opportunity worth exploring. Our client has spent more than 20 years building a practice around a simple philosophy: great patient outcomes start with investing in great clinicians. Unlike many corporate or private-equity-backed therapy organizations, this practice remains independently owned and led by physical therapists who understand the importance of clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and professional development.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
A Sustainable Patient Schedule
With approximately 60 patient visits per week, the practice emphasizes individualized treatment, clinical quality, and the time needed to deliver meaningful patient outcomes.
Exceptional Clinical Development
Access a fully funded orthopedic residency program and manual therapy fellowship, providing structured pathways toward advanced clinical expertise and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
Clinician-Owned & Clinician-Led
Work alongside experienced physical therapists in a collaborative environment where clinical decisions are guided by patient needs rather than outside investors.
Relocation Opportunities
Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates, including those relocating from other U.S. states or Canada.
A Culture Built Around Retention
Join a supportive organization that prioritizes mentorship, professional growth, collaboration, and long-term career development.
The Opportunity
As a Physical Therapist, you'll deliver evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
- Managing a diverse caseload involving musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and functional movement disorders.
- Collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Participating in mentorship, continuing education, and advanced clinical training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent accredited physical therapy qualification.
- Current PT licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state (South Carolina or Georgia).
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Interest in professional development and working within a collaborative clinical environment.
New Graduates Welcome!
Recent DPT graduates are encouraged to apply. The organization provides mentorship, structured professional development, and opportunities to build advanced orthopedic skills.
Experienced clinicians with backgrounds in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or musculoskeletal care are equally encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional benefits include:
- Performance-based productivity bonuses
- Sign-on bonus opportunities
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and early vesting
