- Assessing patient needs and developing tailored therapy plans.
- Delivering physical therapy in facility settings.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and making referrals when needed.
- Educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and wellness.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and settings.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and teaching abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
