Position: Physical Therapist
Role & Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in a facility setting. You will evaluate patients, design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaboration with peers and making referrals when necessary are essential. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or proof of licensure and eligibility. Required degrees include a Master’s in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressive PT experience. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency. Key skills include clinical assessment, treatment planning, patient education, and teamwork. Ability to adapt to various patient needs and settings is important.
