- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized recovery plans
- Delivering effective physical therapy treatments in facility settings
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and making referrals as needed
- Teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote ongoing independence
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or proof of licensure and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience
- For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree evaluation confirming U.S. equivalency
- Patient-centered approach and adaptability to diverse patient needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for helping patients regain and enhance their physical abilities
