Role: Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities to improve their quality of life.
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience. Degree evaluations are required for degrees earned outside the U.S.
