Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist in an in-facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver individualized physical therapy.
• Address the whole patient, designing programs to restore and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state(s).
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Evaluation of foreign degrees to U.S. standards if applicable.
