We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our facility-based team, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized recovery plans.
- Delivering effective physical therapy interventions to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
- Collaborating with team members and making appropriate referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and ongoing wellness.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with five years of progressive PT experience.
- Degree obtained outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
- Patient-centered approach with adaptability to diverse patient needs.
