- Evaluating patient needs and designing recovery programs to restore physical abilities.
- Providing hands-on therapy and training patients and caregivers to promote independence.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and making appropriate referrals.
- Addressing the whole patient to ensure comprehensive care.
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state(s).
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience.
- Evaluation of international degrees for U.S. equivalency if applicable.
- Strong patient-centered approach and adaptability to various settings.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and teaching skills.
