Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in an in-facility setting. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver effective physical therapy to help patients regain their strength and independence.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating patients and designing tailored therapy programs
• Teaching patients and caregivers techniques to promote ongoing recovery
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Referring patients to additional services when needed
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Valid Physical Therapy license in relevant state(s) or eligibility
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
