- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
- Design, fit, and instruct use of adaptive devices such as orthotics and prosthetics.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and make appropriate referrals.
- Supervise support personnel and ensure adherence to treatment schedules and documentation standards.
- Promote patient safety, maintain equipment, and foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
- Perform home and community mobility assessments and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state or eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or a related field with relevant experience.
- Experience in outpatient or home-based therapy preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
