Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in community-based Geriatric House Calls™
Drive positive patient outcomes through autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional results
Create, modify, and manage treatment plans with flexibility

Qualifications

Valid physical therapy license or eligibility in the state(s) of practice
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Basic computer skills and current CPR certification
