Description Position Highlights $575,000 base salary $100,000 sign-on bonus Up to $50,000 relocation assistance ($50,000 for Washington County | $7,500 surrounding areas) Full-time day position Supervise up to 4 CRNAs 16 operating rooms at main campus Level 3 Trauma Center with diverse case mix Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME, malpractice, and PTO Clinical Practice This role provides comprehensive anesthesia care in a busy hospital setting: Operating Room Services Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases Direct supervision of up to 4 CRNAs Monitor patient vitals and manage intraoperative care Oversee patient recovery and postoperative management Facility Details 16 ORs at the main campus 327-bed regional hospital Level 3 Trauma Center Broad case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and trauma Connected outpatient facilities for additional procedural volume Typical Clinical Responsibilities Preoperative evaluation and patient optimization Intraoperative anesthesia management and monitoring Postoperative care and pain management Collaborative work with surgeons, CRNAs, and perioperative team Schedule Full-time day schedule Focus on daytime OR coverage with potential for limited call (details available upon inquiry) Strong Clinical Support Experienced CRNA team Dedicated perioperative nursing and support staff Collaborative environment with strong surgeon relationships Modern equipment and facilities About Meritus Health Meritus Health is Western Maryland’s largest healthcare provider, located in Washington County.
