Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist. We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a full-time nocturnist position at Ochsner Rush - Meridian, MS . We have a strong, established group of providers and need another physician to join our team. Our hospital does multidisciplinary rounds per day; has low readmission rates and great average lengths of stay. Details include : 215-Bed Hospital with a 23 bed ICU and a 49 bed LTAC. Schedule: 1 nocturnist covers at night 6pm to 6am Census: 35-40 patients on service (taking care of any issues and not rounding on all of them) Shift times: 6 am to 6 pm 7 on/7off Block Scheduling. Good specialty backup including 3 Intensivists.
