• 7-nights-on, 7-nights-off rotation from 7 pm - 7 am for true work-life balance
• No ICU, no procedures, and no codes -- 24/7 Intensivist coverage on-site
• Average 7 - 11 admissions per night with night APP handling cross-coverage call
• 2 nocturnists on at night within a team of 37 physicians and 5 APPs
