Physician Obstetrics and Gynecology

Position Title: OB/GYN Physician Location: Decatur, IN (30 minutes from Fort Wayne) Start Date: 60-90 Days Schedule: Flexible work schedule Duties: - Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services within a hospital-owned practice - Perform full scope OB/GYN procedures - Clinical contact hours split as 80% time in clinic and 20% time in the operating room - Participate in a 1 in 3 call rotation EMR: Epic Requirements: - Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) - Alternatively, Family Medicine (FM) physicians with OB fellowship training to perform C-sections or Gynecologists with experience in assisting in C-section coverage will be considered - New residents are welcome to apply - Must hold an active IN medical license - H1 Visa sponsorship available Compensation: - Competitive base salary - Quality bonus quarterly - Productivity bonus annually - Sign-on bonus - Student loan forgiveness available Benefits: - Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Supportive work environment with a full staff and administrative support If you're a dedicated OB/GYN physician looking for a fulfilling opportunity in a supportive environment with a flexible schedule, we encourage you to apply.
