Description Pain Medicine Physician – Arlington Orthopedic Associates | Arlington, Texas Opportunity Overview Arlington Orthopedic Associates (AOA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its established, physician-led orthopedic practice in Arlington, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a fellowship-trained physician to develop a comprehensive interventional pain practice within one of the largest and most respected orthopedic groups in North Texas. The practice provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care across numerous specialties, including spine surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, hand surgery, foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and pain management. Who You Will Work For Arlington Orthopedic Associates is a physician-led orthopedic practice with a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and physician autonomy. The group consists of 28 physicians representing a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal specialties and continues to be recognized as a leader in orthopedic care throughout North Texas. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $400,000 to $450,000, commensurate with experience, fellowship training, and procedural expertise, along with a two-year income guarantee and transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership within the practice and acquire ownership interests in ancillary services and the Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington. A comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and additional practice growth opportunities are also available. Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, procedural volume, and market considerations.
