New IM residency program with Independent Not-for-profit health system Level 2 Trauma Center in southwest Georgia - Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital $300k base salary with RVU and incentive bonus structure; $75k sign on, CME and relocation allowance Minimum 3 years educational and/or administrative experience as a core faculty member, associate program director or medical student clerkship director Must be engaged in ongoing current clinical activity (inpatient or outpatient) Demonstrated scholarly activity in research, education, patient care/population, QI, creation of curricula or education materials, didactic educational activities or contribution to professional committees, education organizations or editorial boards Demonstrate strong interest in teaching Commitment to quality, patient safety, and overall excellent clinical evidence-based clinical care Ability to work as a team member Licenses and Certifications Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by: medical staff at the health system facility where you are working, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers.
