Physician, Radiologist

Overview Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a multi-specialty BE/BC radiologist for a busy, multi-modality community practice in Bennington, Vermont. This full-time position includes participation in general call duties. Standard work schedule is currently 178 9-hour shifts, equating to roughly 32 5-day weeks, 10 2-day weekends and one major holiday. All work days are 8AM-5PM. Weekdays there are generally three radiologists working, with one in-house and the other two remote. This is an excellent opportunity for a Radiologist looking to practice in a collaborative and collegial setting. Responsibilities Opportunity Highlights Include: Engaged Imaging Team who are invested in Teamwork and Optimal Patient Outcomes Modalities include Radiography, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine to include PET CT Basic Barium Studies and light IR abilities are a plus Supportive Administration, Quality Care and a focus on Provider and Patient Satisfaction Salary $558,038.00 Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility. Hospital Employed Position (Dartmouth Health) Qualifications The ideal candidate will have broad based expertise and experience in multi-modality community based imaging and image guided procedures. A strong background and skill level in breast imaging is required along with a team-based approach to patient care. Candidates must be board certified within three (3) years of eligibility.
