Location: Powell & Greybull
Schedule: Full-time | 3-4 days in Powell/ 1-2 days in Greybull
Salary: $105,083 (New Grad)/$119,203.00 - $123,905/year (DOE)
About the Role
As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs

Qualifications
- Licensed in Wyoming as a PA or FNP
- Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
