Enersense Engineering is currently looking for Planning Engineers to join our client’s data centre project in Lohja, Finland. Work will start in the beginning of November 2026. In this role, you will support the Planning Lead in coordinating project planning activities, including scheduling, progress tracking and reporting. You will work closely with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders, helping ensure that project timelines, resources and deliverables remain on track. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic project environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: Develop, maintain and update project schedules, including Level I–III schedules and the overall master schedule. Support baseline development, progress measurement and weekly/monthly reporting. Coordinate schedules and progress information from multiple contractors and integrate them into the overall project schedule. Monitor and forecast progress, identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions. Analyse critical paths and develop alternative scheduling solutions to support project execution. Develop and maintain plan-versus-actual curves, histograms and progress reports, analysing deviations from the plan. Monitor resource allocation and provide recommendations to maintain project progress. Coordinate key dates, interfaces and planning activities between project teams, contractors and other stakeholders. Collect and analyse progress data, actual dates and work-hour information. Participate in the analysis of contractor progress updates and schedules. Prepare and issue updated schedules, dashboards and weekly/monthly reports. Requirements: Experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls, preferably in large-scale construction, industrial or data centre projects. Good working knowledge of Primavera P6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with progress measurement, schedule analysis and contractor coordination. Ability to identify risks and deviations and recommend practical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Structured and detail-oriented approach to planning and reporting. Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a multidisciplinary project team. We understand that relocating for a new opportunity is a major decision. To support a smooth transition, we can assist international candidates with the relocation process to Finland. We follow pay transparency principles and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview. Due to GDPR regulations, applications will only be accepted through our official application system. We manage this recruitment process internally and therefore do not require support from external recruitment agencies.
