Plant Manager

Our client manufactures fresh food for large grocery chains in a number of international markets, and has just recently built a brand new facility in the Greater Nashville area due to securing a long-term contract to supply a bespoke range of high-quality and very healthy products across the entire US. Production commenced in late September 2026.

Due to further growth expected both within this plant and the expectation of winning additional contracts with a number of other large US grocery retailers, they would like to appoint a Plant Manager who will report to the Head of Operations, US.

There are 2 key requirements for this role:

1. The candidate must be based in the Greater Nashville area, and therefore it is highly likely that the candidate will need to relocate. Financial assistance with relocation is included in the overall salary package.
2. Our client is focused on identifying someone who has been a Plant Manager in a fresh food/snacks production environment.
