📢 Urgent Hiring in Japan | Plant Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer for compressor projects serving oil, chemical, power, and nuclear plants.

📍 Location: Takasago, Hyogo, Japan

💰 Annual salary: JPY 4.2–6.975 million

💼 Employment: Permanent or contract, depending on your preference and experience

※ Salary includes a fixed overtime allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate kickoff meetings and basic project planning

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineering disciplines based on PFDs and P&IDs

• Manage project quality, cost, delivery, and progress

• Address project risks and resolve procurement and construction issues with stakeholders

Required:

• At least 3 years of professional experience using business-level English

• At least 3 years of Project Engineer experience in chemical or energy plant design

• At least 3 years of ASME-based plant and heat exchanger design or relevant project engineering experience

• Native-level Japanese or JLPT N3 or above

Preferred:

• P&ID preparation experience

• Team Leader experience or above

• JLPT N1 or N2
