Position Overview We are looking for motivated Project Engineers with backgrounds in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidates will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects Review and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Conduct site visits, inspections, and project reporting Provide technical support and help resolve challenges throughout the construction process Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field) Minimum 2-3 years of relevant project engineering experience in construction or related sectors Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a project team in a fast-paced environment Japanese language fluency is a plus but not required Candidates must currently be based in Hawaii, or the U.S. mainland (relocation package to Japan provided)
