Key Responsibilities – Digital Trust and Safety Team Leader (Polish Speaking) Jobs in Lisbon Lead, inspire, and support a team of Digital Trust and Safety Specialists, fostering continuous improvement in operational performance and professional development. Monitor and uphold digital platform standards, identifying and investigating trust and safety concerns, including content moderation, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement. Mentor team members, providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to build a highly engaged, high-performing group. Coordinate responses to sensitive cases involving online safety risks, privacy matters, or policy violations, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Training, and Compliance teams to share insights, escalate critical issues, and deliver business improvements. Analyse trust and safety metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to optimise workflows and maintain top level user safety. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members, contributing to a diverse, inclusive, and positive work culture. Promote adherence to all company guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with relevant regulations at all times. Skills and Qualifications – Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Careers in Portugal Native or near-native fluency in Polish (C1 level) and excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher). Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing or mentoring teams in digital trust, safety operations, content moderation, customer service, or a related field. Exceptional analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach, especially when dealing with sensitive or complex cases. Thorough understanding of online security, digital risks, and content policies in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals. Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace with a focus on collaboration and high-quality outcomes. Adaptability to shift work patterns between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday, with variable shift durations (4, 6, or 8 hours).
