Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure platform safety and community compliance.
- Handle user safety reports with efficiency, accuracy, and sound judgment.
- Provide user support across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and calls.
- Assist with data evaluation to help improve and train AI systems.
- Handle sensitive, complex, or emotionally challenging material with resilience and professionalism.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or Native Portuguese (C1 level minimum) and strong English skills (B2/C1 level).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or content moderation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a minimum of 85% accuracy.
- Core Competencies: Strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and emotional resilience when managing sensitive content.
