Eligibility Requirements New Zealand and Australian Graduates Hold or be eligible for General Scope of Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ). Applicants from Comparable Health Systems Hold General Registration. Have completed a minimum of two years of postgraduate clinical experience . Be from an MCNZ-recognised comparable health system .
