Summary Position Highlights : Moffitt integrates excellent patient care with cutting-edge clinical and basic research. Having a cancer hospital on-site provides unique opportunities for translational research. Outstanding mentorship from expert faculty with wide-ranging funded research programs including T32 Training Grants. You will be encouraged and supported to apply for training grants. Responsibilities: Work with PI on the project planning; design and execution of experiments independently; document and organize and maintain up to date data Learn and develop research techniques and lab protocols. Develop scientific writing and presentation skills. Work with collaborators and core facility staff on interdisciplinary experiments. Credentials and Qualifications: MD or PhD in Cancer Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Immunology, Genetics or related. Should have at least one first Author publication. Experience with multicolor flow cytometry Extensive experience with pre-clinical mouse models including best practices for handling mice. Salary Range $66,654.00 - $93,315.60 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
