Property Consultants – Leasing, Off-Plan & Secondary Market

AQUA Properties is expanding its teams across Dubai and is looking for ambitious, driven and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our Leasing, Off-Plan and Secondary Market divisions.

Open Positions

Leasing Property Consultant

Real estate experience is not required. We provide full training and are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset and the drive to build a successful career in real estate.

Off-Plan Property Consultant

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience required. We are looking for sales-focused consultants with a good understanding of Dubai’s primary market and the ability to develop and manage client relationships.

Secondary Market Property Consultant

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience required. Candidates should have experience in Dubai’s secondary market, with the ability to generate listings, build relationships with property owners and manage transactions from prospecting through to closing.

The Role

Depending on your division, you will be responsible for developing your client and property portfolio, generating new business, managing leads, conducting viewings or project presentations, negotiating deals and successfully closing transactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently based in Dubai

• Valid UAE driving licence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven, proactive and confident dealing with clients

• Ambitious, self-motivated and results-oriented

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven, commission-based environment

• Off-Plan & Secondary Market: minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience

• Leasing: no previous real estate experience required
