Join a Maui FQHC as a Nurse Practitioner if you’re ready to make the move to Hawaii. You’ll practice independent adult primary care with a dedicated RN and MA, 4 hours of protected admin time each week, and peer case consultation every Friday. The $10,000 sign-on bonus can go toward relocation, and you’ll get a 2-week onboarding with no patients plus a gradual ramp, so you can settle in at work and at home.

- 15-minute visits, with one open slot every hour for catch-up
- Kahana clinic 1–2 days per week | Rotating evening shift (10 AM–7 PM)
- Work with interpreters and community health workers for a multilingual patient population
Qualifications
- FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, or ANP (AGACNP not accepted; this is a primary care role)
- Hawaii NP license, active or eligible (credentialing takes about 4–6 weeks)
- 1+ year of independent NP practice
- Active DEA with a Hawaii address (clinic address works; cost reimbursed), plus Hawaii NED registration after your DEA is active (separate state fee)
- Willing to relocate to Maui | FQHC experience a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- $135,000–$165,000 | $10,000 sign-on (usable for relocation) | Incentive up to $10,000
- Federal loan repayment eligibility through the FQHC
- Medical, dental, vision | Malpractice | CE assistance | PTO
- Full-time, onsite, 40 hours/week
