This outpatient opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment supported by an integrated healthcare team. Physician Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across all age groups Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Fluent in English and Spanish required Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care Ability and willingness to provide care to patients across the lifespan Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive bonus Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time, if applicable Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
