Relationship-based, value-driven care model More time with patients and less focus on production metrics Collaborative team including Advanced Practice Providers, behavioral health, care management, and clinical support staff Opportunity to influence patient outcomes and population health Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Supportive leadership and engaged provider community Relocation assistance may be available Excellent work-life balance in an outpatient setting What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications Partner with Advanced Practice Providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Support quality improvement, patient engagement, and population health initiatives Build lasting relationships that help patients achieve their health goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska Current DEA registration Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community-based practice Passion for preventive care and chronic disease management Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Interest in mentoring Advanced Practice Providers and contributing to clinical excellence Why Anchorage?
