true. Women’s Health is a concierge practice in Grand Rapids specializing in midlife, menopause, and sexual health. We take a whole-person approach that addresses hormones, metabolism and weight, and overall wellbeing. Our concierge model gives physicians the time to know their patients well and stay involved in their long-term health. We believe women deserve real answers to the changes they experience in midlife and the tools to prevent avoidable health problems as they age. About the Role

This full-time role centers on primary care, including physical exams, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and acute care. You’ll also handle follow-up calls and messages throughout the day and complete standard primary care lab review. This position does not include inpatient coverage.

Schedule

• Four clinical days per week, plus one weekday for administrative time
• Clinical schedule collaboratively set with the team
• One weeknight on call per week, phone-based only
• One weekend in six on call, phone-based only (Friday 4 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m.)

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Internal Medicine preferred)
• Five or more years of primary care experience
• Eligible for Michigan medical license
• Certification in obesity medicine or lifestyle medicine preferred
• Menopause certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire
• Functional medicine training is a plus
