The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons following the English National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning to ensure excellent pupil progress.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Monitor and track pupil achievement, providing effective feedback and support.
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and academic achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent) with QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for primary education and helping children reach their full potential.
