We are partnering with a highly regarded Australian recruitment and executive search business with a strong reputation across Accounting & Finance, Executive Search and specialist talent solutions.

The business works with an impressive client base including ASX-listed, private and private equity-backed organisations, partnering at senior level and supporting businesses as they scale and transform.

They are now looking for a Principal Consultant to join their Melbourne team and play a key role in the continued growth of the Accounting & Finance practice.

What we're looking for

You’ll ideally be an experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a strong track record within Accounting & Finance.

You may already be operating at Principal / Senior Principal / Associate Director level, or be an experienced consultant ready to take that next step.

Most importantly, you’ll be commercially minded, relationship-led and ambitious about what you can build.

Whether your ambition is to remain a high-performing individual biller or develop and lead a high-performing team, there is scope to shape the role around you.
