Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Private Chef for a private family based in Dubai Hills. The family is looking for a dedicated and skilled chef to manage the household kitchen and prepare fresh, nutritious, and high-quality daily meals for two adults and three young children, all under six years old.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with private families, strong expertise in healthy cooking, and excellent knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisines. The successful candidate should be organized, reliable, discreet, and comfortable preparing balanced, child-friendly meals while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, and household etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh, healthy, balanced, and high-quality daily meals for two adults and three young children.
• Prepare nutritious, age-appropriate, and child-friendly meals tailored to the family's preferences.
• Demonstrate strong cooking skills in Mediterranean and international cuisines.
• Plan weekly menus based on the family's dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and schedule.
• Manage the kitchen budget efficiently and monitor food expenses.
• Maintain adequate kitchen supplies and ensure ingredients are available when needed.
• Purchase, handle, store, and organize food supplies properly to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Respect the family's privacy, preferences, routines, and household rules.
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach at all times.

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, House Chef, or Family Chef in a private household.
• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking, Mediterranean cuisine, and international dishes.
• Previous experience preparing meals for young children, ideally under six years old.
• Ability to prepare balanced meals using fresh ingredients and accommodate family dietary preferences.
• Understanding of refined food preferences, private household service standards, and kitchen etiquette.
• Experience with menu planning, kitchen budgeting, food inventory, and grocery management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 3-day paid cooking trial to demonstrate their culinary skills, meal preparation, kitchen organization, and suitability for the family.
• A UAE driving license would be an advantage.

• Monthly Salary: AED 9,000.
