Dentist – Private Practice (Workington, Cumbria) Role Type: Associate Dentist Contract: Full‑time or Part‑time Location: Workington, Cumbria Start: ASAP Private Split: 50% Sponsorship: Available (additional CoS required) About the Role A private practice in the Workington area is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well‑established clinical team. The practice offers a wide range of treatments and benefits from strong patient demand, modern facilities, and access to multiple clinicians with special interests. You will be working alongside experienced dentists, therapists and specialist‑interest clinicians, with opportunities to collaborate across nearby sister sites. Clinical Environment & Treatments Available The practice and its sister sites collectively offer: Cosmetic & complex restorative dentistry Orthodontics / clear aligners Implants Periodontics Endodontics (via nearby sister practice) Sedation (via sister practice) Minor oral surgery Dentures with an experienced CDT In‑house laboratory support Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00 (1–2 hour lunch depending on schedule) What You'll Have Access To A supportive multi‑disciplinary team Multiple therapists across sites working to full scope Strong private patient flow Opportunities to refer internally for specialist treatments Modern equipment and digital workflows Candidate Requirements GDC registered Experienced in private dentistry Strong communication and patient‑care skills Comfortable working within a multi‑disciplinary environment Sponsorship required (practice can apply for additional CoS) Additional Notes This role supports dentists in developing their skills while ensuring patients receive the most appropriate care.
