Pay: $35-$47 per hour

Shifts: Days 6am-6pm | Nights 6pm-6am

More than a job: bring your heart, your skills, and your scrubs. Careview Health & Rehab of Minocqua is hiring PRN nurses (RNs and LPNs) to care for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care for an assigned group of residents during your shift
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, including IV therapy within your scope of practice
• Monitor vital signs and assessments; report changes in condition to the charge nurse, provider, and family
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing treatments
• Support residents with dementia and memory care needs with patience and dignity
• Direct and support CNAs on your assigned unit
• Document care accurately in PointClickCare
• Communicate clearly at shift change and with the interdisciplinary team

What you'll need

• Valid Wisconsin or multistate RN or LPN license
• Long-term care, rehab, or acute care experience preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare a plus
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
