Process Operator

Location: The Netherlands

As an Industrial Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and optimizing production processes in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment in the Netherlands. You will use your technical knowledge and analytical skills to solve process deviations, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement.

About the role

As an Industrial Process Operator, you will be an important part of the production team, working with advanced production installations and processes. You will monitor process parameters, operate and adjust equipment, identify deviations and help solve technical and process-related problems to keep production safe, stable and efficient.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the production process and associated installations.
• Operate and adjust production equipment to maintain stable and efficient production.
• Monitor process parameters, product quality and production performance.
• Identify process deviations and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Analyse technical and process-related problems and help identify their root causes.
• Work closely with the shift supervisor and production colleagues to resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of safety, product quality and production efficiency.
• Record and report production results and relevant process information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to production priorities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all applicable safety, environmental, quality and operational procedures.
• Work according to a 5-shift schedule.

Working hours

• 5-shift system, including participation in additional training where required.
• The position includes a 29.15% shift allowance on top of the base gross salary.

Your profile

• Completed technical MBO-4 level education, such as VAPRO C or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience or a strong affinity with industrial production and process technology.
• Good technical insight and the ability to understand complex production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify process deviations and respond appropriately.
• Structured and accurate approach to work.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and focused when production is under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Motivation to continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system and participate in additional training when required.
