What you will do
Join our Customer Service Team supporting the Applied Equipment Business (HVAC) across Europe.
This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will coordinate large, project-based orders and connect customers, suppliers, factories and internal teams throughout the entire order-to-delivery process.
How you will do it
You will:
- Enter and manage customer sales orders
- Verify order details, pricing, approvals and lead times
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturing locations
- Follow up on production and delivery timelines
- Keep customers and internal teams informed about progress or changes
- Coordinate invoicing and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate records in line with company standards
- Build professional relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
You will work with Zendesk and other internal order-management tools. Full process and system training will be provided, together with structured onboarding and support from an experienced buddy.

What we look for
- Working proficiency in English
- A structured and detail-oriented approach
- Confidence working with multiple tasks and systems
- Proactive communication and willingness to ask questions
- Good MS Office skills
- Relevant education or experience in administration, customer support or a similar area
Preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, procurement or logistics is an advantage. Knowledge of another European language is also welcome.
We also welcome motivated graduates with relevant student work or internship experience.
Our salary and benefits
The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of € 1,338 - €2,008 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
