The Opportunity

We're growing our Procurement & Contracts team and are seeking professionals at all levels, from Associate Procurement & Contract Manager through to Senior Procurement & Contract Manager.

Whether you're looking to build on your existing experience or you're an established commercial leader ready to take ownership of complex projects, you'll play a key role in delivering critical transmission infrastructure that supports South Australia's energy future.

Depending on your experience, you will support, manage or lead:

Procurement and sourcing activities
Tendering and supplier selection
Contract negotiation and administration
Commercial and contractual advice
Variations, claims and risk management
Supplier and stakeholder engagement
Governance and approval processes
Continuous improvement initiatives
Complex negotiations and mentoring (senior roles)

About You

We're looking for motivated, high-energy professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and thrive on delivering outcomes. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and confident building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

Experience in procurement, contracts, commercial management or a related field
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen and sound problem-solving ability
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Experience with tendering and contract administration processes
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience

Desirable:

Infrastructure, construction or energy sector experience
MCIPS or similar professional accreditation
