What You Will Do

Provide guidance on all Ethics & Compliance (E&C) matters within Procurement.
Support the E&C Representatives (ECR) community across Procurement.
Assist in identifying and resolving compliance issues in Airbus Procurement.
Collaborate with Legal teams across all Airbus divisions.
Support compliance investigations related to Open Line alerts.
Deliver and support awareness sessions, training, and workshops on E&C topics worldwide.
Help implement and monitor compliance controls within Procurement.
Support or lead E&C improvement projects aligned with Procurement objectives.
Contribute to KPI reporting and compliance monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Law, Purchasing or a related field
Relevant hands-on experience in Change Management
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B2/C1 German Level – mandatory.
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
