  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date backlog and product documentation using Jira and Confluence.
  • Support new payment service provider (PSP) integrations across our network of 30+ providers, documenting payment flows, callbacks, transaction statuses and error scenarios based on provider API documentation.
  • Track integration progress, dependencies and blockers through development, testing and launch.
  • Coordinate with payment providers and Engineering, QA, Payment Operations, Finance and Compliance to obtain missing information.
  • Support payment issue investigations with Engineering and Payment Operations, documenting findings.
  • Identify gaps in existing payment flows and processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product, QA, Operations or other analyst role within a technology company, or relevant internship experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear steps.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in how systems work and willingness to explore technical documentation.
  • Exposure to payments, fintech, banking or brokerage would be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON or Postman, experience with Jira and Confluence, and basic SQL knowledge would be considered advantages.
Resumes must be submitted in English.
Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
