What You’ll Do You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and developing critical under-the-hood automotive components, from concept through validation. Reverse engineer OEM components to create high-quality aftermarket solutions Design and develop engine and vehicle system components Build and refine CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation Simulate and test designs to ensure performance and durability Work with both plastic and metal components Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams Lead projects or engineering efforts based on your experience What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related preferred) Experience designing automotive under-the-hood components Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) Hands-on experience with plastic and metal part design Ability to take a concept from idea → design → validation Bonus Points If You’ve Worked With Solenoid valves PCV valves Filter boxes Engine management systems or sensors Reverse engineering OEM components Why You’ll Want This Role 10% annual bonus Full relocation package Low cost of living (your salary goes further here) Real growth and advancement opportunities Work for a company with long-term stability and no layoffs Hands-on engineering work—not just sitting behind a screen Location This role is based on-site in Bartlesville, OK.
