Product Designer 仕事概要 At amptalk, we’re on a mission to transform the sales industry and empower sales teams to achieve peak performance through AI-driven innovation. As a Product Designer at amptalk, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance our core products—amptalk Analysis and amptalk coach delivering high value to our enterprise clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on AI-driven solutions and play a key role in new product development. As we actively explore and plan future product launches, you’ll help shape these ideas from zero to launch. ■Responsibilities ・ Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs from concept through to final delivery. ・ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the product experience. ・ Rapidly iterate on design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements to continuously enhance the user experience. ・ Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to seamlessly integrate design solutions into product development cycles. ・ Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and high quality across all deliverables. ・ Contribute to the enhancement of internal design processes while fostering a collaborative culture within the design team. ・ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ■Tools ・ Figma ・ Notion ・ Miro ・ Slack ・ Linear 必須スキル At amptalk, we’re on a mission to transform the sales industry and empower sales teams to achieve peak performance through AI-driven innovation.
