About the Role

Build full-stack products that support admissions, events, and internal operations at a venture capital and startup support organization. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and partners, owning product decisions from understanding problems through designing interfaces and shipping software.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship applications for admissions workflows, events, and internal teams.
Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
Integrate with services such as calendars, messaging, email, and data pipelines.
Build AI, semantic search, and natural language tools across large datasets.
Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and email triage.
Create dashboards and analytics to help teams monitor operational workflows and make decisions.
Work with partners and operations teams to understand processes and reduce manual work.

What We're Looking For

One to twelve years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
Experience owning product work end to end, including problem definition, UI decisions, and deployment.
Strong frontend and backend skills, including the ability to build polished interfaces and reliable systems.
Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Python is useful.
Recent experience building AI or LLM projects or production features, including semantic search or embeddings.
Startup or early-stage company experience, with the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent demonstrated through substantial project work.
Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or CRM-style software is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $185,000 to $485,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week, in San Francisco, California. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate.
