About the Role

Join the product engineering team at a Series A/B AI-powered workforce technology company, building software for a staffing marketplace serving industrial businesses. You will apply AI agents and frontier models to practical product challenges, while also taking on high-priority work across the platform, from payments to core infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Integrate existing agents and AI models into product experiences to improve worker vetting, matching, and shift fulfilment.

  • Build and maintain features across worker and business applications, internal operations tools, and marketplace systems.

  • Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.

  • Design and build scalable APIs, distributed systems, real-time matching, and automated vetting workflows.

  • Own product work end to end, partnering with product and design to deliver useful, reliable experiences.

  • Work with technical leadership on architecture and roadmap as product needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally owning products or features on an early-stage team.

  • Experience shipping scalable applications in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and delivering measurable product or business impact.

  • Fluency with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, or comparable experience across this stack.

  • Experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products, including prompt design and tool integration.

  • Product intuition and the ability to work across user experience, APIs, and deployment infrastructure.

  • A technical degree or equivalent experience, strong technical fundamentals, and a track record of independent, hands-on problem solving.

  • Exposure to marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational industries is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
