Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Liaison Manager to act as the key link between our Athens-based operations and our partner in Spain. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of all product initiatives (Sportsbook and Casino), with the ultimate goal of optimizing product performance and enhancing the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the Athens and Spain offices Coordinate with the technology partner to ensure timely delivery of requested improvements and features Monitor and drive platform optimization initiatives, including performance, usability, and functionality Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution Track progress of ongoing projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product enhancement Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features and improvements Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Tech, and Operations teams Requirements Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles within the iGaming industry (sports betting and/or casino) Strong understanding of digital platforms and product lifecycle Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (written and spoken) Willingness to relocate to Valencia after the initial onboarding period in Athens We offer Competitive salary and benefits based on experience Relocation package to Valencia International exposure and collaboration with cross-border teams Excellent career growth opportunities Dynamic and fast-growing iGaming environment Informal and collaborative workplace All the tech gear you need to work smart The role starts as full-time onsite in Kallithea , Athens, Greece , and transitions to a permanent relocation in Valencia , Spain after the initial 3-month period.
