Job Description As an Operator / Production Assistant in an automotive industry, you will work in a modern manufacturing environment, supporting the production process by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting quality, and ensuring production targets are met. You will be part of an international team and receive the necessary training to perform your duties safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions. Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment. Perform quality inspections and report any defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety regulations and production procedures. Meet daily production and quality targets. Assist with general warehouse or production-related tasks when required. Requirements • Valid passport and consistent identity data. • Basic spoken English for instructions and safety. • Practical willingness to work all three shifts. • Production, warehouse, factory or manual-work fit. • Realistic relocation motivation.
