Production Engineering Lead

Location: Dublin, Georgia | On-site | Full-time

Pay: $30,000–$60,000 annually

We are recruiting a Production Engineering Lead for an automotive manufacturing operation in Dublin, Georgia. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, supporting equipment and tooling needs, and helping production teams achieve consistent, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement and manufacturing-standardization efforts.
• Support equipment improvements, tooling, and production readiness.
• Analyze production performance and implement practical improvements.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve process challenges.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Korean/English bilingual capability preferred.
