What you will be doing:
- Leading and motivating the factory staff to deliver customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery
- Developing and maximizing the potential of staff through feedback and coaching
- Responding to demand changes, assessing risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications
- Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Communicating simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plan
- Developing and maintaining a High Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors
Basic Requirements:
- Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
- Master degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR;
- PhD in Engineering or Manufacturing
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires US Citizenship

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
$84,351 - $137,071-Annually
